Our Story
Our story began in 2016 when we met at a top-tier dog daycare and training facility. It was our shared passion for animals that brought us together, and by 2019, we were married with a new dream: to create a pet care environment focused on quality, not just quantity. We believed pets deserved more than a standard service—they deserved a true home away from home. What started as a labor of love has grown into a trusted Eastside-area business with over 250 clients and growing. Our commitment is so deep that we invest most of our profits directly back into the company, most notable, our 2,500 square-foot artificial turf play area, which provides a clean and safe space for every furry friend. We live and breathe this business, it truly is 24/7 and we are always pushing for new ways to better our company while putting the health and safety of your beloved companions first.

Tim Shoen
Dogs have been Tim's passion since childhood, a journey that started by raising a variety of breeds and a life changing class course at Canine Companions for Independence.
In 2005, he channeled his expertise into a professional career, gaining invaluable experience at both a busy dog daycare / training company and a boarding facility, where he honed his skills and advanced into a management role and class instructor. Today, his extensive knowledge of canine behavior is what makes him so effective and trusted by the community. He has a unique ability to read and understand dogs, especially in a social setting. He thrives in large packs and seems to have eyes in the back of his head. Not only just a dog lover, Tim loves all creatures, from moss on trees, to nasty spiders living in the house. They are all friends of his.
Britt Shoen
From her earliest memories, Britt has shared a profound bond with animals, growing up with everything from horses and cats to dogs of all breeds and sizes. Her life's path was clearly defined from a young age: to nurture and care for pets. Britt possesses a special gift for making any animal feel instantly accepted and loved. She’s passionate about enriching the lives of her furry friends with exciting adventures, embracing every opportunity for fun outings. As a dedicated pet owner herself, Britt understands the comfort that comes from regular updates, and takes pride in providing clients with peace of mind through daily check-ins and photos.
